I do agree with your point on WordPress being a great platform for both, brother, but Posterous allows me some conveniences that the former doesn’t. For one, Posterous allows me to easily post articles to it via email, and it’s easy for me to share directly from Google Reader with the new “Send to” feature they provide.

The most important reason, though, is that I’ll really like to keep this blog for original content that I write. I guess I like to put things in boxes, so to speak, when organizing content.

I must admit, I do not understand this trend. Why not micro-blog on the main blog? WordPress and Blogger support both long and short entries…
