I find it disturbing, to say the least, that some Calvinist pastors (like John Macarthur) are asking change agents to enter their church ministries. Check out the evidence here: www.thewatchmanwakes.com

Hmmm... You've given me an idea on what to do with my Posterous. Thanks for your advice re: Rome's minions. It was the ugliest conversation I've ever had with an unbeliever.

Thank you for the encouragement, brother. I'll endeavor to do just that -- let you hear me "speak". :)

Using this blog for your thoughts is good.
That's what I want to read - not postings of others thoughts.
Of the making of many 'thoughts' there is no end.....
I'd prefer to hear you speak.

I do agree with your point on WordPress being a great platform for both, brother, but Posterous allows me some conveniences that the former doesn't. For one, Posterous allows me to easily post articles to it via email, and it's easy for me to share directly from Google Reader with the new "Send to" feature they provide.

The most important reason, though, is that I'll really like to keep this blog for original content that I write. I guess I like to put things in boxes, so to speak, when organizing content.

I must admit, I do not understand this trend. Why not micro-blog on the main blog? WordPress and Blogger support both long and short entries...
